Found buried and long forgotten, these antique, German porcelain ‘Frozen Charlotte Dolls’ have found a new story in this unlikely, quirky shadow box frame. Each doll is showing the signs of age and wear. They rest on a vibrant, pink floral fabric set inside a vintage brass butterfly plate. The plate sits on hand painted paper in a random pattern of black, gold with white polka dots. The entire vignette is surrounded by a soft, blush pink matting and an incredible Italian, hand gilded frame. Under glass.
