One of my personal favorites for its pop of color, a shocking pink and gold damask, set against the vintage weathered tones of the carving. It exemplifies the juxtaposition of old and new which is the heart of this collection. The wooden musician is hand painted with small embellishments. The backing is an Indian, metallic threaded fabric and the framing is an eclectic mix of black lacquer and a distressed, gold ball moulding.
